Differences between "Standard Korean" and Seoul Dialect

[edit]

I think including some of the differences between standard Korean and the Seoul dialect would be interesting to readers. I bring this because although standard Korea is known to come from the Seoul Dialect, phonologically speaking they are different. Loanwords could even be talked about here as some of them are considered standard Korean while others aren't.Cite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page).</ref> Maelfa (talk) 00:32, 16 May 2020 (UTC)maelfa[reply]

Classes impacting standard dialect

[edit]

While the Seoul dialect is considered to be what Standard South Korean looks like, it's important to make note of the classes in this. Remember that Seoul is a region of South Korea, therefore, it can also be considered a dialect in itself. I say this because what lower classes use in everyday speech may not be considered as the standard South Korean Language. [1] Maelfa (talk) 06:18, 16 May 2020 (UTC)Maelfa[reply]
