Only my second article on Wikipedia, please edit syntax freely and if desired, re-organize for clarity. I would also like to add a picture but do not have one of my own, is it possible to use one from the web? Do I first get permission from the picture's owner or what? I'm also not sure if I tagged it right for review and on the talk page?

A fact from Sologubovka Cemetery appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 20 March 2011 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
I tagged the talk page myself, but I'm not sure if I did it right??? For one thing I rated its importance myself, others please change if appropriate.Leidseplein (talk) 23:03, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I changed the assessment for WP:Mil History. Tagging with various banner is fine, but usually the main editor leaves the assessments blank, that way the article goes into an "unassessed" category, so (hopefully) sooner or later another editor will come across it and assess. The article looks good. At this point I would recommend, as per other cemetery articles, you include (when you have relevant information), a Notable interments section, and list names beneath it, with a brief description of notability, like so:
Name (birth/death years) - General, Waffen-SS, commander of the ## Infantry Division during the Battle of Leningrad.
I figured out how to add a picture, this one is from Wikimedia Commons, and I also put it in a summary box. Feel free to edit and also, I think they could be smaller, but I couldn't figure out how to shrink them????

Somehow the box and picture fixed themselves (size-wise) and are now the normal size so I think the article looks ok in tems of page layout.
