Apparently Small Town Brewery has closed. I'm not sure exactly when that happened -- within the last month or two, I think -- and I'm not sure of the status of the Not Your Fathers root beer and other flavored beers. The owners have opened a new brewery in Cary, Illinois, called Spirit Water. So, someone should update the article to reflect this. There's a Daily Herald article here, from August 27, 2019 that's a possible reference. "'Not Your Father's Root Beer' brewers to move to Cary, change name", it says. But I can't actually read the article, as it requires a subscription. Mudwater (Talk) 14:31, 1 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

That Daily Herald article can be purchased for $1.99. It quotes company founder Jagdish Chevli saying says Not Your Father's sodas was sold to an undisclosed buyer, and head brewer Tim Kovac is opening a larger facility in Cary (IL) with the name Spirit Water. I visited the Small Town facility July 12, 2019 and they had recently introduced new distilled liquors, these are now featured on the Spirit Water website at http://www.spiritwatertj.com. According to Untappd, the last night the Wauconda facility was open was Sept. 13, 2019. First Yelp review for the new facility at 3300 Three Oaks Rd. in downtown Cary was Dec. 29, 2019. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jimohagan (talkcontribs) 03:16, 20 January 2020 (UTC)
