This article was the subject of a Wiki Education Foundation-supported course assignment, between 8 September 2023 and 14 December 2023. Further details are available on the course page. Student editor(s): Kovicoffee (article contribs). Peer reviewers: Renabee.
I am updating this page for my Wiki Education assignment. I am planning on removing redundant references, updating the lead, adding a section specifying sleep tracking methods and devices, and adding a section on utilization and effectiveness of sleep tracking with sub-sections dedicated to each sleep tracking method and device. I also plan on removing the direct quotes and replacing them with findings from secondary sources. Kovicoffee (talk) 17:39, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
