Notice to anyone interested in this article :) I'm the original creator, and am appreciative of the valuable edits people have made since its inception. I'm going to be undertaking a major edit of this article. My goals are: 1) Add material from new sources including an excellent CBC radio documentary called "The Skyluck Journals", and Gary Jones' piece in the South China Morning Post, 2) Improve the references overall, 3) Re-write some of the text to reflect more encyclopedic style, 4) Add a section to describe the Vietnamese refugee issue broadly, to make the article somewhat stand-alone, but (properly) leaving most details to the Vietnamese Boat People article; 5) Possibly add 1 or 2 photos if I can navigate copyright. I want to be careful to only include cited material, as this is not my story to tell, although my spouse and her parents are Skyluck survivors. Any comments on my editing, please engage here in Talk! :) Zatoichi26 (talk) 14:07, 21 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
