Size
[edit]Are you sure this thing is 25-30 feet tall? Even if that means standing on it's tail, that seems excessive to me. Assuming that photo is not a model or something. If that's a 25' rocket, than that is the most massive chainfall and cargo hook I have ever seen outside of heavy cranes. The entire construction of the frame, the hook and chainfall, the slinging method, etc, tells my eyes that that rocket is maybe ten feet long at most and maybe a yard in wingspan.
