The image labeled "Braider Foot" shows not a Braider Foot, but a Foot Hemmer. In later years these were also called "Rolled Hemmer" and "Narrow Hemmer" or even "Hemmer Foot", although in the context of an 1880's to early 20th century Singer Attachment Case "Puzzle Box", the term "Hemmer Foot" does refer to the adapter onto which are installed the various width Hemmers and the Binder.
The Braider Foot is a small foot with a needle hole and another hole in front of the needle hole, into which is fed the braid or cord to be attached by stitching to the work.
