Article requests : A free-use photograph (something you create and upload to Wikipedia, allowing free usage for the page) will add reader interest. Additional citations from outside the sorority's own websites will help clear the note at the top of the page, which asks for further citations.
Citing sources : Could use additional citations. These could be from a notable publication or book, the online Baird's Archive, a university yearbook or official university portal for the student organization. When citing the online Baird's Manual Archive, look for a society within each of the sections, and check if it is listed on the page for a particular institution. Here is a reference template:

Update : Set a calendar reminder to check the page annually for chapter updates, expansion and closures.
Wikify : Add other relevant symbolism to the infobox. Note a printed or digital publication in the infobox, with the name italicized. Complete the physical address. The chapter list can be improved by completing all dates, and adding a column for city/state like this: Omega Tau Sigma or Sigma Delta Rho (to reference two unrelated examples), perhaps making it a separate standalone page if the list is lengthy (This is subjective, and is suggested after growing to 30 chapters or more). Chapter list should include dates of chartering. Indicate if a chapter is active by bolding its name, or if inactive by using italics. The table has been expanded with a notes column allowing a place where specific chapter references may point to portal pages at their universities (preferable to chapter websites), and allows comments on where a chapter came from, interesting facts or its outcome.
The Kappa Phi Club is a sorority like Christian women's college organization and has 24 chapters. (unsigned)
We are aware of Kappa Phi Club; however it is not a Social Greek-Letter Organization. It is a service organization and thus does not fall into this category. It is the largest service organization with Greek Letters for Christian Women. (unsigned)
