Clean-up

Rigdzin Shikpo
[edit]When did Rigdzin Shikpo acquire the 'Rimpoche' bit? He's not a reincarnating Tulku, and he's not the abbot of any monastery (in fact he's never been a monk). I thought that 'Rigdzin' itself was an honorific. That name was conferred on him by KTGR on completing his three-year retreat, and there was certainly no Rimpoche back then.
As far as I am aware, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche declared North Wales to be a special place while looking at a map. I think I was told that he said it was The Copper-Coloured Mountain, in the northwest of the land of Urgyen (which implies that is infested with red-skinned blood-drinking demons). I believe that Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Alf Vial and Rigdzin Shikpo (or rather, Mike Hookham as he would have been back then) were present on this occasion; I didn't know that Shenpen was also present. Is there any citation available for that claim? The citation that exists says "told us", but that could be read as meaning "told the leadership of this organisation". I thought this had all happened before Shenpen's return to the UK.
I myself have no citations for any of these remarks; I'm relying entirely on my own (very unreliable) memory. MrDemeanour (talk) 14:58, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
