"Contrary view of shave horses in actual practice" section
[edit]Currently the section called "Contrary view of shave horses in actual practice" needs some clarification, though I'm not sure it belongs in this article at all. From what I understand, the shaving horse was more prevalent in historical times (I'm not a historian, but I'm guessing sometime in the early iron age, when drawknives were more widely used).
The blog post seems to argue that the shaving horse shouldn't be used in modern times. If that's a legitimate point, then this section needs to explicitly say that its critique refers to modern use only, otherwise the reader might interpret the section as saying that shave horses were never a practical tool.
However, it's a single-author blog, so unless more reliable sources endorse this view, the section may end up being removed. --Hirsutism (talk) 20:36, 9 December 2013 (UTC)
