Fails notability
[edit]Google search turns up almost nothing except:
http://www.dostpakistan.pk/faces-of-pakistan/balochistan-the-beautiful/164-hazara-nation.html
Air chief Marshal Sharbat Ali Changezi has served in Pakistan Air force and made it to the highest rank. He was the pilot who tested the newly bought fighter jets from France for Pakistan Air force. He is now retired and living in Karachi with his family.
That's not enough. Barely any news coverage too. Also, the image has no copyright info.
