External link to "Villa Gamberaia: architecture" is indeed an advertising link to a commercial site of a Settignano Hotel. Despite the hotel web site includes some Villa Gamberaia history and architechture text, the main purpouse of that site is to present the Hotel services, so I believe it should be removed, or relevant content should be somhow quoted.
