He make debut as baritone at the Royal Opera of Stockholm 1930. Between 1930 to 1936 he sing various baritone roles and specially "Il barbiere di Sevilla by Rossini. And in 1936 he make debut as tenor: Radames in Aida, and he sing lot of roles as heoric and dramatic repotoire like Verdi's Otello, Il Trovatore, Aida, [[Don Carlos]}, many Wagner roles, and operas by Beethoven, Weber and Richard Strauss. More important of his career was his church-singing and he sing songs by Maler
