Morrison as 3 x co-minister
[edit]Should this article report the recent revelation that Morrison held three portfolios concurrently with other ministers? WWGB (talk) 07:44, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
- We don't typically include acting ministries unless it's on a very long term basis e.g. with Coleman. Unless they're confirmed to be substantive appointments they shouldn't be included in the tables but fine with including in prose. ITBF (talk) 09:08, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
- They were NOT acting appointments. They were permanent. They should be included in the table. 60.242.128.44 (talk) 22:13, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
- Seriously, we do not know anywhere near enough to be able to say exactly what they were. The only thing we know for sure is that they were "extraordinary", "bizarre", "unprecedented" and "inappropriate". That's unless further evidence comes to light that says they were none of those things. I'm not holding my breath. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 22:59, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
It's now been confirmed across several reputable sources that Morrison held 5 additional cabinet portfolios in addition to Prime Minister, including the starting dates for each of these appointments: https://www.canberratimes.com.au/story/7862754/timeline-of-morrison-ministry-roles/. I think at this point these need to be acknowledged in this article, including its own dedicated section. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 220.238.45.238 (talk) 12:23, 16 August 2022 (UTC)
