Reinstated, why?

This page was deleted per consensus Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Second Battle of Lang Son, but has been reinstated. It contains no useful information beyond what is contained in First Battle of Lang Son, (which is in any event a marginal page) and should not be reinstated. Given that the "2nd Battle" immediately followed the 1st Battle it was merely a phase of the fighting at Lang Son.I have renamed 1st Battle of Lang Son to Battle of Lang Son and consolidated the minimal information on this "2nd Battle" into it.
