acquired or affiliated?

The website still calls it "council", reading the language, I am not convinced it was an acquisition.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 07:28, 2 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"U.S. Virgin Islands Field Service Area is part of the National Capital Area Council. It is the home to 8 scouting units, serving over 103 youth on the islands of St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas."[1] --  Gadget850 talk 23:14, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
