  - I think it's simply an administrative move. The kids are being serviced locally. In any case, the article is about Scouting in the USVI, so I think it best to leave the information there rather on a page about scouting in DC-MD-VA. --evrik ^(talk)

"U.S. Virgin Islands Field Service Area is part of the National Capital Area Council. It is the home to 8 scouting units, serving over 103 youth on the islands of St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas."[1] -- Gadget850^talk 23:14, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
