Be bold - if you know something about Cornwall then put it in! We value your contributions and don't be afraid if your spelling isn't great as there are plenty of spelling and grammar experts on clean-up duty!
Articles on settlements in Cornwall should be written using the standard set of headings approved by the UK geography WikiProject's guideline How to write about settlements.
At WikiProject Cornwall we subscribe to the policies laid down by Wikipedia - particularly civility and consensus building. We are aware that the wording on Cornish entries can sometimes be a contentious topic, especially those concerning geography. You don't have to agree with everything but there is no excuse for rudeness and these things are best solved through consensus building and compromise. For more information see WP:CornwallGuideline.
These pages are not platforms for political discussion. Issues relating to Cornish politics should be restricted to those pages that directly deal with these issues (such as Constitutional status of Cornwall, Cornish nationalism, etc) and should not overflow into other articles.
Most of all have fun editing - that's the reason we all do this, right?!
Just to make it clear for anyone who wants to know, my Conflict of Interest regarding this topic is relatively minor. Without getting too specific, I know one of the rowers discussed in the article. They are not family or a close friend, although I felt I knew them well enough to justify disclosing a COI. They have not requested me to write this article, however they are somewhat aware of my presence on Wikipedia, and therefore may find out about this draft. If so, hello, it's "HenryTemplo"! For these reasons, I feel it's appropriate for me to edit this page, bearing in mind all the relevant policies and guidelines. I know I am being vague, but I wish to protect my privacy. Enjoy your day, whomever reads this message! HenryTemplo (talk) 19:34, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Still laughing at the sentence that the idea started in the pub—made my day! No COI worries or PROMO tone noted. Thanks for adding a bit of humor to the day. — Grand'mere Eugene (talk) 20:00, 9 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Overall: This article is good to go. I made a few minor tweaks there just to correct some spelling mistakes and to avoid some links falling foul of WP:EASTEREGG, but otherwise good work! Sims2aholic8 (talk) 08:34, 12 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
