Last free standing house in Manhattan

There are several free-standing houses in Manhattan in Sugar Hill, and several more in Inwood. Yes, there is at least one other privately owned detached single-family home in Manhattan besides the Schinasi Mansion (539 West 217th Street in Inwood). Therefore, I updated the sentence in the "Form and use" section to say the Schinasi Mansion is "one of the only" such houses, instead of the only such house.
