The reason why I've removed the entry on the Sangar people in Pharala is that it doesn't meet the requirements for a disambiguation page entry on the Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages). Specifically, disambiguation pages are only supposed to list entries that either we have an article about, or we are likely to have an article about. According to the entry, there is a town called Pharala which has a bunch of people in it with the name Sangar.
