I would say it was Christian vandals, not iconoclasts, that beheaded and sought to destroy her statue, and that her temple was not dismantled, but destroyed. 108.17.10.5 (talk) 18:01, 20 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The iconoclasts were synonymous with Christian vandals. They did creat large scale destruction in the temple before it was turned in to a Christian basilica. The Christian basilica and former temple was then dismantled because there were fears that the pagans would revert in to a Pagan temple.--Aciram (talk) 23:22, 20 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
