The city of San Bruno doesn't include the national cemetery or the airport

[edit]

SFO is actually on unincorporated San Mateo County land controlled by the City and County of San Francisco. And the national cemetery is federal land putting it beyond the control of local entities like cities. If someone doesn't fix this soon I'll fix it. --Coolcaesar (talk) 11:40, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

YouTube headquarters

[edit]

A while back [1] someone said that the photo of YouTube's headquarters was out of date and was actually here. This is a photo of 901 Cherry Avenue, while YouTube's official address is 1000 Cherry Avenue [2]. Can someone with first hand knowledge of San Bruno comment on this? Thanks, --♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 22:03, 29 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Demographics editing

[edit]

Recently several IP-anon editors have made edits to the demographics of the city, without citing reliable sources. Unless this is changed, I don't see a reason why these edits, while I am sure are well intended, shouldn't be reverted. I'll give it 72 hours. --RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 03:29, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A few of the changes appear to be off, but I'm not sure they were previously correct. I'll try to work through the demographics info on the various peninsula city articles and try to clean them up. -Optigan13 (talk) 06:35, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Recently an graph, with references was added, then removed by another user. The graph appears to be well referenced. There was no edit summary either time as to why the graph was added or removed. Would anyone like to explain the reason for the removal? --RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 06:07, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You saw, but for future reference the graphs were tied to a spam site which is why they were mass reverted, see commons discussion. I've added a historical population template to the article, but a population pyramid or some other infographic might be more appropriate. -Optigan13 (talk) 02:19, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No transportation section

[edit]

San Bruno does not have a "transportation" section, unlike the neighboring cities of Millbrae and South San Francisco. Someone needs to create this new section.

Snowman photo

[edit]

File:Snowman1962.jpg Not sure how this photo adds quality to the article.
Per policy wp:photos, (specifically photo choice policy) it appears this wouldn't be considered noteworthy enough for inclusion. See also wp:not.

Nothing about this photo obviously says "San Bruno" and kids build snowmen pretty much anywhere. removed. Astronaut (talk) 02:07, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You haven't said what you thimk is wrong with the coordinates in the article, and they appear to be correct. If you think that there is an error, you'll need to give a clear explanation of what it is. Deor (talk) 17:22, 21 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
