I worked with Sambo Mockbee my entire architectural internship. I also worked with L. Coleman Coker (Coleman prefers to proceed his name with the initial L, for Lawrence). When I started working with Sambo, the firm's name was Mockbee Coker Howorth Architects. Later on, the partners split and I continued working with Mockbee Coker Architects. Most publications show work attributed to Mockbee Coker which might more accurately be represented as being done by Mockbee Coker Howorth; Tom Howorth is edited out.
