new edits/ purpose
[edit]The corruption section was a bit sloppy. SOFAZ was referred to as "SOFA." And the quotation cited did not seem relevant. Today I added specific content from U.S. government reports. The reason I did - the reports show some systemic problems in the sectors of the government related to this subject. The type of information cited is objective and from credible sources. Government behavior, both good and bad, should be catalogued properly here. Rasim mamedl (talk) 18:30, 28 January 2013 (UTC)
