Grotesque distortions of the irrefutable and factual truth
[edit]1. Marino Vinicio Castillo is NOT a drug czar, but the opposite, currently acting as Chief Deputy of The Illegal Drugs Commission, with the rank of State Secretary. He did acted, as a civil attorney, in the accusation side for the length of the criminal trial of Jorge Blanco.
You maybe mistaken. The term "drug czar" is sometimes used for an official whose job it is to counter the narcotics problem--Dudeman5685 (talk) 04:34, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
2. Jorge Blanco was tried by the District Attorney's Office, NOT by executive president Joaquin Balaguer.
3. Jorge Blanco’s sentence was NOT overturned nor rectified by any judicial power branch. He received executive pardon signed by his political party fellow (and then current president of the Dominican Republic), Hipolito Mejia (who is also being instrumented charges for plundering the country’s public assets in innumerable corruptions schemes).
4. Jorge Blanco's political influences kept him from jail for over 10 years after being dutifully sentenced and all appeals resources exhausted. He never served a single day of his sentence in jail. Always claiming some dubious heart condition which miraculously healed the next day his compadre Hipolito Mejia pardoned him.
Those defamatory and twisted declarations clearly belong to some prejudiced, and obviously devoted, member of the PRD party or Jorge Blanco’s family.
