Significance
[edit]Dewa Sanzan is one of the biggest draws for tourists in Yamagata-ken (and, obviously, pilgrims), and Saikan is the only Dewa Sanzan lodging that allows the general public to stay. It's a very impressive structure, part of the broader temple complex. -- Rei 00:03, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
- I rely on your statement that the temple is notable. Maybe this should be included into the article. Also, no independent sources are cited. I am removing the "importance" tag however. Goolge shows quite a number of hits. -- Sorted as part of the Notability Wikiproject ----B. Wolterding 15:34, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
