Oppose we don't count sources which are not enabled for full fonts. It's evident that Dutch sources with full fonts are spelling fully nl:Said Hamulić as "De vijf Nederlanders van Toulouse FC (Thijs Dallinga, Stijn Spierings, Branco van den Boomen, Zakaria Aboukhlal en Said Hamulić) kunnen hun mooie seizoen extra glans geven door de bekerfinale te bereiken. Op hun route naar Parijs is FC Annecy, de nummer 15 van de Ligue 2, de laatste horde." etc In ictu oculi (talk) 14:21, 24 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You wikilinked to nothing. Also, what do you mean "not enabled for full font"? If they can spell "ï" they could surely spell "ć" if they meant to. You can see those Dutch sources provided in Dutch article use "Saïd Hamulic" (here and here). Also it's English Wikipedia, so what matters is what English-language media call it.
