Include Solano County?

Apparently, the region maps on both http://www.visitcalifornia.com/Explore/ and http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=873 include Solano County as part of the valley. Thoughts about mentioning it in this article too? Zzyzx11 (talk) 07:56, 30 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
