Numbers

According to this article there were 31 crew members and 50 passengers aboard the Connemara and nine men aboard Retriever. That makes 90 persons in all, I guess. One of them survived, so we have 89 casualties. How can there be 97 fatalaties as stated in the text? Where do you guys get that number from? OfficeBoy (talk) 13:16, 28 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have reason to believe it is because its collision with another ship. Perhaps the extra deaths could be from the other ship. Thank you for your question. Dallas G. Spencer (talk) 14:23, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
