Prosper Bwanakweli
[edit]Prosper Bwanakweli founded RADER,[1][2][3] not UNAR. There's an encyclopaedia entry, which has been reproduced word-for-word in different publications, and which a chunk of the article's text is, umm, heavily sourced from, and that's the one that mentions Prosper.[1] Likely a case of mixing up the French acronyms.
Looks like UNAR was founded by Francois Rukeba.[4][5]
