[edit]I do not understand why continuing edits with properly cited and verifiable references on this particular political figure, notably about his political positions on Mulroney, Gay Marriage and his nomination as cited by the Globe and Mail, are being deleted.
In terms of this article's length, there is no reason not to expand on its content (as it is classified as a stub) to allow for the above. Every article must be balanced and objective, and upon reading this I noted it only listed his accomplishments and positions (often "fluff" as all MPs get some sort nominal policy position in Ottawa). Nothing was to be found about his political positions - which is of particular importance to a "values politician" such as Hiebert. This is the norm on ALL politician pages. I will be editing this article to reflect those positions and created a section separate from his career to reflect this, as it is the right for anyone searching for this information on Wikipedia to know where Hiebert stands.
Please do not DELETE content from this stub article. Please ADD content and references, as it needs to be expanded!
POV on support for military
[edit]Granted articles such as this one in the Surrey Now newspaper - is it NPOV to state that Hiebert is a strong supporter of the military? -- Tawker (talk) 22:51, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
