Feedback from New Page Review process

[edit]

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Thank you for your new article on Rudy Rochman. Note that the lead paragraph and the infobox list two different years of birth (1996 vs. 1993)..

Nationality

[edit]

Rudy doesn't really identify with his French nationality at all. Is it appropriate to keep it on the page? Shenkin25 (talk) 15:13, 7 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

He was born in France, speaks French has French citizenship. Therefore, he is French. Pennsylvania2 (talk) 16:00, 7 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Measures to prevent vandalism

[edit]

With the increased amount of vandalism, I think it may be necessary to take measures to prevent this, such as locking the page — Preceding unsigned comment added by Shenkin25 (talkcontribs) 15:28, 8 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Not Founder of Habayit, I.e. “The Home”

[edit]

Hi, Rudy Rochman is not the leader of Habayit, rather Inon Dan-Kehati is the founder and chairman of Habayit, otherwise known as “The Home”. See website for reference: www.thehomejlm.com

Rudy is part of the leadership team of Habayit (The Home) and is a key activist of the organization. 147.161.9.4 (talk) 06:11, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

There should be a sentence added in the chapter "Views" about his views on Palestinians as the "cousins" of Jews, even more so than Arabs in general. [1] SdHb (talk) 11:09, 2 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

After this paragraph "Rochman opposes the two-state solution as the solution for the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. In his opinion, it does not fulfill the aspirations of both Jews and Palestinians.[18] Rochman believes that neither of the populations can be "liberated...without liberation of the other" and both groups should build "a just civilization as one that works for all".[19]"

Add the following text. "While this discourse appears conciliatory, and even resembles language used by the Pro-Palestine movements, critics of Rochman allege that it actually clouds the nature of what he is actually advocating which is a Jewish-dominated state across the entirety of Israel, the West Bank and Gaza. On Ami’s House Podcast, for example, Rochman discusses various ways to ensure Jewish hegemony in a Palestinian majority state, including advocating that in the West Bank Israel could put ‘a federation system that in [Palestinian] local places has more local power and less national power which is actually what Palestinians prefer…we care more on the national level.’ [1] On this basis, Palestinians would see their political rights restricted on the national level.
