If allegations are widely reported on, as in the case of Harvey Weinstein (before there was even a criminal case) and as in the case of Kevin Spacey, we are likely to report on it. As Flyer said; if allegations are widely reported on, it warrants a mention. The section does need to be trimmed, I’ll concede. A mention of the allegations, the workplace inquiry by his then employers, and the defamation lawsuit should suffice. Anyone interested in all the details and quotes can be left to the cited links.
