Numbered Junctions

I have noticed on a trip to Peterborough today that roundabouts with newer signs are no longer featuring junction numbers. Does this mean that this numbering system is being phased out at all, maybe this ought to mentioned in the junctions section of the page? (MOTORAL1987 (talk) 21:07, 22 December 2012 (UTC))[reply]
