[edit]Which source should be considered definitive for spelling? I'd have thought Merriam-Webster, which would make the predominant spelling (and article title) "ridgeling".Ingafube (talk) 09:13, 13 August 2015 (UTC)
- It's like judgement and judgment, etc... one of those things that is probably not going to be definitive, and even the dictionaries acknowledge both spellings. Frankly, I have no deep feelings one way or the other. ngrams are interesting: since 2000 and since 1900. Montanabw(talk) 04:11, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
