She's an "avid" fan of Rangers FC? Hardly worth mentioning, and it's completely unsourced. Change of name

This article needs moving and editing. Looking at just the BBC website, it does not look as if they are using Howie, even though she has been featured by them extensively in the past couple of weeks. Doing a search on the BBC Sport website, there is only one hit (28 August 2013) for Howie, but seventeen since this for Martin. Rhona Martin → Rhona Howie – A quick Gnews search of Rhona Martin v Rhona Howie favours Howie, with Martin in most cases being used in a historical context (such as her 2002 Olympic medal win) or as a mention about it being her former name (BBC article.
