Use of capital "F" in flood

I changed instances where a capital "F" was used in flood. I did not change 1997 Red River flood as it should have consensus. The same holds for 1997 Red River Flood in the United States. Otr500 (talk) 01:30, 31 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
