The Bible verse link (Hosea) does not work properly.

Meaning?

Look at the verbs; sow and reap. The synonyms would be plant and harvest. When you sow small seeds, you reap a large harvest. In this case instead of seed, you are sowing wind and are getting a whirlwind in return.
