Close paraphrase?

I think this is probably notable, and should have an article, but I am concerned that it may still be too close a paraphrase of http://www.rawle.com/history. Rewriting, addition of sources, and expansion would help. DES ^(talk) 04:29, 25 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you check the timestamps and the article history, you will see that I made that commetn beofre you made your first edit to the article, and that is more or less refered to the article as it was left by User:Jefferapple. I think the current state of the article is much better than it was when I made my comment above, and I would not have made it had it been in the current state at that time.
