When I was a kid in Israel (late 70s), we used baseline opening quotation marks, curving inward. Does anyone know when that changed? (My guess is the proliferation of keyboards, which would probably have been bilingual from the beginning.) Gilmer (talk) 12:53, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
