Sponsors?
[edit]In a recent edit Guillaume2303 removed York College as current sponsor and Michigan State as past sponsor, while leaving Northwest Center and American Philosophical Association. Should all be excluded? YCP included, and Michigan State included in the History subsection? Quine (talk) 19:18, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
- Your previous edit added all kinds of promotional language and inappropriate content, so I reverted it. If somewhere in there some valid info was contained, that was also thrown out inadvertently. I let your recent addition stand, but you need to clarify it, "recognized" is very ambiguous. Was this an award? Did they simply mention the journal somewhere? --Guillaume2303 (talk) 21:10, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
- I clarified the recognition language to give additional context. (BTW: the recent major edit was not by me, but by 192.245.87.10, I just watch the entry.) Quine (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 16:43, 17 December 2011 (UTC).
- Thanks for adding that reference, which shows that this was absolutely trivial and not "recognition". It was just a mention in one of the myriad reports that UNESCO churns out every year. I have removed the whole section on this "recognition". --Guillaume2303 (talk) 17:24, 17 December 2011 (UTC)
