Is Qnet a fraud???
Somebody wrote on Wikipedia that Qnet is ponzi scheme as per government of india. But there was never such declaration from government side. Now the MLM has proper guidelines and the company is working according to it. Sonysingh2017 (talk) 04:24, 1 August 2017 (UTC)
- While valid, your question seems more related to learning more on the company, rather than Wikipedia edits. I would suggest that you see the wikis on pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, amway India and that you read the umpteen rather well written articles in monelylife India on Qnet. Hope this will help prevent you from losing your hard earned money to qnet. I think the wiki itself needs some organizing so that this information is presented in an objective manner (what is legal in one country can be illegal in another) - I'll work on that. - @ Sonysingh2017 - Just one more note - pyramid schemes such as qnet (and a million others) are illegal in Singapore, Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Denmark, UK and USA. In India too they are banned as per the Prize chits & money circulation schemes (banning) act, 1978. Companies like qnet claim (through the use of creative advertising) that they are not pyramid schemes and thus pass through the enforncement scanner till a few lakh people lose their money and file complaints (as happened in qnet India). - Just an addition - do read this article which should convey it all to you - if you have lived in India for some time and are familiar with what passes off in the name of "business propositions", cults, scams, politics and the dark nexus between these, qnet's reality should be clear to you. (PS - Admission - a good number of my friends are part of cults and even amway and it has taken me some time to open my own eyes!) Notthebestusername (talk) 08:27, 25 October 2017 (UTC)

I hope the edits I have made to the page have remained objective. I took pains to do so and my personal notions have not detracted the objectivity of the article. I have stuck to the facts while editing the page and went through all the five books written by Eswaran, his and qnet's umpteen videos as well as the rather short (37 pages) Bombay Highcourt judgement and news published by Economic times, TOI and Moneylife. No it is not fraud. Company is been there for more than 20 years. It is the people who have failed to do the business and then blame the company. The company is not banned in India and they are doing business in multiple cities. They are also active in Pakistan now. Those who say it is fraud or ponzi scheme, they don't know about the business module and have got the information either from public forum on Google or heard from someone else. If some people fail to do business, because they don't want to do the hard work or think it is 'quick easy rich scheme'. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Manishasharma616 (talk • contribs) 08:28, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
- There seem to be a wealth of reliable sources that contradict your assertions. Absent from your comment was any editorial suggestion. The commission earned because only recruitment is totally a wrong statement and it has to be changed. The distributor gets commission only and only if a product is sold in anyways( retail or distributor) Shshnkshekhar.gpt (talk) 12:29, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
Sri Lanka
There is no judgment or case against QNET in Sri Lanka. Few un reliable news articles claim there is a ban on GoldQuest or QuestNet but there is no official ban on any companies related to QNET. there are only money laundering and pyramid type business warnings by officials. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.43.17.161 (talk) 13:42, 8 October 2019 (UTC)
