"Catalonia coastline of Lazio Gaeta"

[edit]

This phrase is meaningless. Srnec (talk) 22:28, 23 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

True. I came here to say the same thing. I've taken it out. Maikel (talk) 05:57, 10 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Too many rappers

[edit]

Quote: Puntarelle ... is a late fall early winter chicory. ... Sowing is done in late June and mid-July and harvesting starts after about 40–45 days from transplanting. ... Puntarelle is available November to mid-February.

So we have late fall, early winter, end of August, November and mid-February. Plus it's May and I've just bought cimata on the market.

From my experience I'd say that it's available in late spring, but for now I'm taking out the conflicting data. Maikel (talk) 06:04, 10 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Curly

[edit]

Quote: Often used as a traditional ingredient in the Roman salad called by the same name, they are prepared with the leaves stripped and the shoots soaked in cold water until they curl.

How could the shoots curl? It's the stems of leaves that may be sliced and then put into cold water to curl. Maikel (talk) 06:14, 10 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
