Strategies & Tactics Update Request...
[edit]Hi, I'm following up on my request of March 30, 2020, to make a change to the second paragraph of the "Services" section, in which I requested a change to the second paragraph to this: "PRSA's Public Relations Journal was published from October 1945 to 1995. Its original mission statement was "to carry articles that deal with fundamental public relations problems, as they currently press for solution." In January 2018, PRSA combined Tactics, its monthly newspaper, with The Strategist, its quarterly magazine, to create Strategies & Tactics, an all-new monthly publication."
On January 26, 2020, you did respond to my initial request of Jan. 23, by adding an external link instead of changing the body of the text as I did not provide a source outside PRSA. I am now including below an outside source, so would like to request again that the copy above actually be added to the text if possible, in order to provide clarification to readers. As always, I very much appreciate your help with this.
Thank you.

Additional information for Strategies & Tactics Update Request...
[edit]Hi, regarding my above request to revise information on PRSA's Strategies & Tactics publication, I'm including below a link to an additional outside source. As always, I appreciate your help with this.

Following up on Strategies & Tactics Update Request...
[edit]Hi, as in previous requests, I'd like to update the second paragraph of the "Services" Section, as it currently contains outdated information (a footnote was added a few years ago but it would be great to reflect this in the paragraph itself (This request is not about promotion, it's about updating inaccurate and dated information). Please let me know the best way to proceed with this. As always, I want to follow the proper protocol, and I thank you for your help.

- Hi, I'm feeling very stymied by the lack of response to my repeated inquries about some proposed (sourced) changes to the PRSA page. I've always followed protocol, and have received help for a number of requests, so I'm not quite sure why I'm not hearing anything at all about my several previous messages on this topic. Can someone let me know that these messages are being received, and what I might do differently to received a response? Thank you for your help with this.

- I've added some material, somewhat reworded, that can be supported by the primary source. Muckrack is generally bot-scraped material or supplied by publishers/PR. The Beehive link looks like a company blog post. In the future, you can probably get attention at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Business, or maybe WP:Helpdesk. I'm probably not the best person to help unless the addition is pretty simple; I'm really picky about sourcing and not super-fond of COI/paid editing in general. You've been pretty patient and careful, but that's be about six standard deviations away from the usual marketing/communications people we run in to here. :) Sam Kuru (talk) 03:59, 31 July 2023 (UTC)
- Great, thank you very much for the edit and the advice.

Section for Code of Ethics?
[edit]The Code of Ethics is buried in the services section. I think it should be more visible, however (particularly since I wouldn’t think of it as a service). Could a section be created for it (or a joint section for Accreditation and Ethical Code)? Is there a convention for this? Another alternative would be to move it to the history or organization sections. Tiggeritian (talk) 06:24, 15 August 2023 (UTC)
- I went ahead with separating out the Code of Ethics as there weren't objections. Tiggeritian (talk) 03:10, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
