Part of the "psalter"?

The article section "Dead Sea scrolls discovery" claims Psalm 151 was "part of the psalter used by the Qumran community". Psalter is a term used with fairly specific meaning in Christianity, especially in Eastern Orthodox tradition. Was that term also used by ancient Hebrews, and do the Dead Sea scrolls in fact identify it so specifically? Or do we just have a mistaken case of an editing summary using a familiar term?
