Providence, Webster County, Kentucky → Providence, Kentucky – WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. This is the only incorporated city by this name. If the other communities named "Providence, Kentucky", were ever large enough to be incorporated (or even have post offices), they would be forced to rename themselves.
