Rewrote and revised article

I lay no claim to being an expert in the subject, but I came across this article, which looked like it'd been Babelfished and left in its rough state. It clearly desperately needed work doing on it, so I've done so. I wonder whether it shouldn't be renamed to something more general such as "Provencal quilting" with boutis and all the other terms redirecting to it, but as I'm not really a textiles expert I don't feel able to make that judgement call. Bit the bullet (or the boutis needle?) and went ahead, redirected this to Provençal quilts as it seemed by far the most appropriate cover-all title for the three different forms of quilt, also added references on a couple other pages and added to Template:Layered textiles as it seemed a logical addition.
