I'd opted for protalus rampart on the basis of the number of existing (unlinked) mentions of either term within Wikipedia but note that Shakesby in a paper published in 1997 (http://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/030913339702100304) favours 'pronival' over 'protalus' reflecting the positioning of these depositional forms at the foot of snow slopes and not necessarily at the foot of talus slopes.
