Series or Special?

Not to split hairs, but most of the 1980s entries are for "Specials" or programs and not a "Series", as per the Emmys database. Thanks. — WylieCoyote (talk) 23:53, 25 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There appears to have been some back and forth edits in the past several months on including and removing 2015 and beyond. They should not be here as the category was split and they are covered in Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series and Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Variety Talk Series.
