I revised the article as follows:

The mall has been replaced by a shopping center that still uses the name Prestownwood Town Center. Since the name is still in use at that location, I moved info about the new development to the beginning of the article, although most of the article still pertains to the mall.

For some reason, the article switched to present tense halfway through. I did a general copy edit to correct that and other minor issues, but I did not make any substantive changes to the information about the mall (which remains, as I said, most of the article).
