Every now and then one comes across a Wikipedia article that deserves an explanation for its assessment grading. I have rated this as Start class because there is not much more that one can really say about this sort of mistake. Consequently the Wikipedia article is going to be relatively small in any case. Can it be improved? Certainly! However, the article does cover the basics: Who? What? Where? When? Why? and "How?" the mistake has happened and it has several citations to support the article. So, I think the article has moved beyond being just a stub. It can possibly be improved since it doesn't really cover the aftermath of the mistake or if drivers got away with their offending or paid fines. Nor does it explain if there is a standard for the relevant documents and the relevant law in relation to the use of these documents in Ireland. So there is room for expansion, as the sources contain information not yet in the article, but there is probably not too much more to say about this subject. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 01:41, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

... that "Prawo Jazdy", once considered the worst traffic violator in Ireland, was actually the Polish term for "driver's licence" and not someone's name? Source: [1] (among many others in the article)
Overall: I have issues with the lack of structure, the single lump of text. As it is, the article still seems stubish. A sentence or two for a lead, and an added section title would do wonders. Also, article needs cite(s) for first para. 3.8% per Earwig vios (inconsequential). Hook is mostly in second para, but "worst violator" is in the first--which is uncited. I am passing the pic on AGF, but am uneasy about the Personality Rights Warning. I would like to add this funny little article has an April foolishness about it. "Alleged criminal." HA! Cracks me up. Thank you! I've tried to add sections and have a short lead, and moved around some cites – hopefully the article is okay now? And yes, this does seem like a bad April Fools joke... Wasn't sure if "(alleged criminal)" was the best way to distinguish the article, but I can't think of any better alternatives... —🎄☃️❄️ Season's greetings from AFreshStart (talk) ❄️☃️🎄 15:18, 23 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I think the subjects are different enough that they should remain separate articles. If they are merged, I agree with the redirect. @Necrothesp: would you be willing to strike/reorganize your replies to give a clear ranking of your preferences? As it sits now it sort of reads like you !voted twice. VQuakr (talk) 20:23, 4 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@VQuakr: Then what do you think of moving it to Prawo Jazdy, thus usurping the dab page? I don't think many people type in a Polish phrase on the English Wikipedia expecting to see a generic article about the thing it means in Polish, and even they can still follow a hatnote. Nardog (talk) 17:43, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Neither is the proposed title. Parenthetical disambiguation is for when the base name isn't precise enough; we don't add it just because it's not recognizable enough. Nardog (talk) 23:12, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Nardog: I feel like we're talking past each other a bit. Neither of the options we've proposed use parentheticals. Recognizability is one of the 5 article naming criteria, just like precision. VQuakr (talk) 19:43, 15 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, my bad, I guess I mistook you for Cerebral726. In that case I see little reason to include the Polish phrase in the name. "Identification error of Polish driving licences in Ireland" or something. But I still prefer just "Prawo Jazdy", which is concise and still precise in English-speaking contexts. Nardog (talk) 23:08, 15 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This shouldn't really be titled as an article on "the alleged criminal named Prawo Jazdy". I'd prefer something along the lines of "Prawo Jazdy incident" (though with a more descriptive word than "incident", but I don't have an idea/preference for what that descriptor should be).
